Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Cateo collects, uses, and stores information when you use the public Cateo website and related services operated by Tira Palos LLC.
Information we collect
Cateo may collect prompt text, engineering metadata you provide, uploaded files, client-session identifiers, request timing, queue status, device and network request metadata, and system audit events needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To queue, process, and return engineering responses and supporting artifacts.
- To maintain audit trails, revision history, and operational traceability.
- To investigate failures, abuse, service health issues, and security events.
- To improve structured reasoning, output quality, and workflow reliability.
Local browser storage
Cateo stores a browser-local client identifier and conversation organization data on your device so the site can keep track of queued jobs and let you reopen conversations. Clearing your browser storage will remove that local view, but it does not erase operational records already created on the backend.
Backend records and retention
Cateo may retain prompts, metadata, attachment-derived evidence, audit logs, and artifact revisions for operational, compliance, security, and product-quality purposes. Retention can vary based on deployment configuration and legal or contractual requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell your prompts as consumer ad data. Information may be disclosed when necessary to operate the service, comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights, or support infrastructure and security operations under appropriate controls.
Your responsibility
Do not submit regulated, restricted, export-controlled, or highly sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so and the deployment is configured for that use. You are responsible for assessing whether Cateo is appropriate for the data you provide.
